You’ll work through four quarters:
January 12 - February 23
Q1: GET UNSTUCK - Vision & Systematic Change
The big picture of institutional collapse and the focused picture of where your ministry fits in - and thrives.
Think organizationally.
April 13 - May 25
Q2: CREATE SUSTAINABILITY - Structure & Business Model
It may be hard to picture your ministry as a business. But using small business practices: What is your ‘why’? How are you bringing transformation? How will this be paid for? - will help you clarify your calling.
Think sustainably.
Aug 3 - Sept. 14
Q3: BRING CHURCH TO PEOPLE - Theology & Community
How is your work Gospel-centered ministry? What part of Christian tradition are you bringing forward in a new way?
Think theologically.
October 5 - Nov. 16
Q4: CONNECT IN AGILE NETWORKS - Technology & Collaboration
How do we move beyond denominations and siloed congregations to create flexible partnerships and multi-layered engagement?

During each Quarter, you’ll get:
An email each week
outlining the topic and prompting you to think about how it applies to your ministry.Pdf journal pages
to keep track of where you are as you build your roadmap - piece by piece.A 20-30 minute livestream
, , and/or our guest practitioner for the quarter (welcome, for Q1!). We’ll talk about what we’ve learned and how we’re applying the topic to our own ministry.

Twice a quarter Google Meet of all current cohort members (everyone working on the Quarter’s theme, regardless of when you joined). This will be time to share your stories, where you are with everything - and how you are. It will be a place for potential collaboration and a lab for new ideas.
Quarterly admission. Rolling cohorts. Everyone doing the same work but starting where they are.
This is not academic seminary.
It’s not books and papers. We’re not preparing you for ordination.
It’s open to lay ministers, ordained ministers, retired ministers. It is specifically about Christian ministry - but if you find things here that are helpful for what you are doing, you are welcome.
It’s practical, project-based, collaborative.
It’s building your ministry with the support of ministry colleagues with our faces pointed towards the future of church - and following Jesus there.
