2. Listening for Your Calling Within the Collapse (January 19-24)
What is God inviting you into? Not what’s possible, but what’s yours to do.
How your ministry operates within the system, alongside it, and/or outside it - all as faithful responses to God’s call
The theological and organizational foundations for each path
Who are your companions in this discernment?
3. Ministry Structure, Boundaries, and Community (Jan 26-31)
How does community enable new forms of ministry?
Rethinking traditional boundaries to allow people to belong in deeper, more flexible ways
Strategic partnership—not just operationally, but spiritually
What structures actually serve the gospel, and who helps you know the difference?
4. Theology First, Structure Second (Feb 2-7)
Grounding your ministry in what you believe about God, church, and the Gospel
The danger when structure drives theology (and how to catch it)
Building organizational systems that protect the sacred, not reduce it
Discerning this with your spiritual companions
5. Accountability to God and Community (Feb 9-14)
Authority, tradition, and who you answer to
Creating systems that guard faithfulness and prevent harm
How finances, leadership, and mission stay bound together spiritually
The role of community in keeping you prophetic and true
